1A. Acceptance of Terms:  By making a reservation through our platform, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms, which form a legally binding agreement between you and HQOffshore.

2. Services Provided

HQ Offshore LLC specializes in destination management and call center services. Detailed descriptions of our services are provided on our website and are subject to change.

3. User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate information when requesting services. Users are responsible for ensuring that their requests do not violate any laws or regulations. Customers are responsible for ensuring they have all necessary travel documents and meet the health requirements for their destination.

4. Payment Terms

All services must be paid for in advance unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept payments via Bank Transfer, Zelle and major Credit Cards.Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of full payment or a deposit as specified at the time of booking. Payment indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

At HQOffshore LLC., we understand that travel plans can change, and we strive to accommodate such changes with minimal hassle. Our cancellation policy is designed to offer you flexibility while maintaining fair terms for all parties involved.

Rescheduling Policy

  1. Hassle-Free Rescheduling: Guests are permitted to reschedule their travel date one time to any available date within three months of the original travel date, subject to availability. This allows you to adjust your plans without incurring additional charges for the change.

  2. Notice Requirement: To qualify for hassle-free rescheduling, guests must provide written notice of their intention to reschedule at least one week (7 days) prior to their scheduled arrival date.

  3. Expiry of Rescheduled Travel: If the rescheduled travel is not booked within the three-month window from the original travel date, the reservation will be considered cancelled. In such cases, the reservation will become non-refundable, and the entire amount paid will be retained as a cancellation fee.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellation with More Than One Week Notice: If you need to cancel your travel for any reason, we require written notice at least one week (7 days) before your scheduled arrival date. If you cancel within this timeframe without rescheduling, standard cancellation fees may apply based on the specific terms at the time of your booking.

  2. Cancellation with Less Than One Week Notice: Cancellations made less than one week (7 days) before the scheduled arrival are not eligible for refunds. The entire amount paid for the vacation package will be retained as a cancellation fee. Furthermore, the package cannot be rescheduled under these circumstances.

Important Notes

  • Refunds: For cancellations made with more than one week's notice that do not involve rescheduling, any refunds will be processed according to the terms specified at the time of booking.

  • Exceptions: In exceptional circumstances, such as severe illness or family bereavement, we may, at our discretion, offer more flexible rescheduling or cancellation options. Documentation may be required.

  • Changes by HQ Offshore LLC: If changes to the itinerary or cancellation of the package are initiated by HQ Offshore LLC, guests will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule with no additional fees.

We recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance to cover unexpected changes in their travel plans. By booking with us, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy. 6. Chargeback Policy
  • By agreeing to these terms, you waive your right to dispute charges with your credit card issuer to the extent permitted by law.

  • In the event of a cancellation, the terms of our cancellation policy will apply. We strongly encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any issues or concerns before initiating a chargeback.

  • Chargebacks initiated under false pretenses or without first attempting to resolve the issue with us directly are considered fraudulent. We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback claims, including providing relevant documentation to your credit card issuer to prove the transaction and terms were agreed upon.

  • Additional fees incurred by HQ Offshore to contest chargebacks may be charged to the customer.

7. Limitation of Liability

HQ Offshore acts only as an agent for the providers of transportation, accommodation, and other services. We are not liable for any loss, damage, accident, delay, or inconvenience caused by these providers.

7.A  Amendments to Terms and Conditions : HQ Offshore reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the terms will be available on our website.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes related to our services will first be attempted to be resolved amicably through direct negotiation. If we cannot resolve the dispute, it will be settled through arbitration in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where HQ Offshore LLC is registered.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the website and services after such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
