Payment Handling on Behalf of Our Clients

As part of our services, we are authorized by select clients to accept payments on their behalf. We act solely as an agent for these businesses in processing transactions and forwarding net payments. A processing and handling fee may apply, as agreed upon between our company and the client.

Payment Processing Services for Clients

We provide secure customer service and payment collection services on behalf of our partnered businesses. As an authorized payment agent, we collect customer payments, apply a processing fee of 12.5%, and forward the net balance to the respective business.

All payments are processed in accordance with our agent agreement with the client. We do not act as a merchant of record. Funds are held briefly and passed through in accordance with standard commercial agency principles.
